What does the executive coaching involve?
Prior to launch, there will be a 30-minute matching session to ensure chemistry and an optional completion of the Predictive Index behavioral quiz. If the Predictive Index is used, it will be quoted separately. Results will be shared in our first session.
Upon launch of our relationship, there will be a 90-minute kick-off session covering leadership style, communication style, management experiences, goals, and preferences for an optimal working relationship.
There will be weekly virtual sessions for 30 minutes.
The agenda for weekly sessions will be collaboratively set at the end of each session for the following week.
Kylie will be available by text and/or WhatsApp for situational advice between sessions.
At the end of 6 months, we will review our progress together and decide on the next iteration as appropriate.
The program is designed this way to be goal-oriented and impactful, intentional, and rewarding.
As part of the program, you will be enrolled as a member of The 8’s community and invited to virtual and in-person programming on topics of management, leadership, and career growth.

What is my investment?
The 6 month executive coaching program is offered at $1,000 per month which includes; weekly meetings plus the cost of the predictive index cost if chosen. If predictive index is used, a quote will be provided based on the number of quizzes requested (Other team members e.g. direct reports or peers can be offered this opportunity if it is helpful to the coaching program).
Payment terms are $3,000 upon signing and the balance due at the end of the program including any T&E which will be quoted at the time of booking for client approval by email.
