The Founder
Kylie Wright
Kylie Wright founded the8talent in 2023 after 20 years running privately held growth companies in the US, Europe and Australia. She is an expert on talent & culture, workplace reputation and knowledge networks. As a CEO/COO she led The RepTrak Company, RSA Conference, World 50 and spent 7 years at New-York based GLG. Her early years were spent in finance. Kylie is a trained economist and received her MBA from Oxford University.
Kylie is a management practitioner and facilitator, she has led conversations with luminaries, and understands the practice of people leadership from deep experience (not just observation).
In 2016 Kylie co-authored a book “The Leadership Mindswitch” which is about leading in a digitally disrupted world.
Kylie grew up on a sheep and wheat farm in rural Australia. Her life motto is “live exceptionally”.

The8talent services have been inspired by her leadership across multiple industries; human capital, cyber, professional services, technology, financial services, healthcare, sports management, knowledge networks and reputation management. She has also worked in university, government and non-profit settings as an employee, board member and advisor.
